Tu Te Wehi works with people of all ages - Maori and Pacific people, whanau and families who are suffering mild to moderate mental illness, emotional and behavioural problems.  Tu Te Wehi strives to improve access to mental health services to those in the population of Porirua Health-Plus PHO.

The service provides:
; A culturally safe service for Maori and Pacific Island people
; personal assessment
; monitoring
; Education & Training
; Mental Health Promotion
; Clinical interventions
; Ongoing clinical support and follow ups
; Referrals to other appropriate services
; Consultation to other professional working with young people e.g.         G.P.s, practice nurses, school counsellors, community services,         community programmes and organizations

; We can provide any of these services either in your home or at our            service, at the Marae or at any of our clinics.
; The team consists of two Mobile Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, a clinical Psychologist and a community mental health support worker.
